Overview
The BSIHM program prepares students to become effective leaders, managers, and/or entrepreneurs in the global hospitality industry. Its specializations integrate a balance between management theory and industry standards in hospitality operations with a global perspective and practice. The program curricula are meticulously aligned with international standards, enabling students to earn a Professional Certificate from the American Hospitality Academy (AHA) and a Diploma in Hospitality Management recognized under the Australian Qualification Framework (AQF) on top of the BSIHM Diploma from OLFU.

Our specialized program encompasses a wide spectrum of culinary styles and cuisines, from traditional culinary traditions to cutting-edge culinary.
