The College of Medical Laboratory Science (CMLS) of Our Lady of Fatima University (OLFU) sustained its strong licensure examination performance as OLFU Antipolo ranked among the country’s top-performing institutions in the August 2026 Medical Technologists Licensure Examination (MTLE).
OLFU Antipolo earned the distinction of Top 3 Performing School nationwide after posting a 97.56 percent passing rate, nearly 23 percentage points higher than the 74.63 percent national passing rate (NPR).
The latest results mark the eighth Top-Performing School recognition earned by CMLS over the last five years, underscoring the College’s sustained excellence in medical technology education.
The strong performance extended across all six OLFU campuses, each of which surpassed the national passing rate. OLFU Laguna recorded a 97.06 percentpassing rate, followed by Pampanga with 90.91 percent, Quezon City with 90.00 percent, Valenzuela with 83.52 percent, and Nueva Ecija with 75.00 percent.
Collectively, OLFU achieved an 87.99 percent overall passing rate, significantly exceeding the national average. First-time examinees likewise excelled, recording a 94.00 percent passing rate, surpassing the 85.06 percent national passing rate for first-time takers.
The August 2026 results build on another strong showing in the March 2026 MTLE, when OLFU Quezon City was named Top 1 Performing School, while Laguna and Antipolo ranked Top 6 and Top 7, respectively.

With OLFU Antipolo’s Top 3 national ranking and all six campuses surpassing the national passing rate, CMLS once again affirms its standing among the country’s leading institutions in medical technology education and its continuing contribution to the development of competent healthcare professionals.
