Demonstrating continued distinction in the field of respiratory therapy, two graduates from the College of Physical Therapy of Our Lady of Fatima University (OLFU) have secured top spots in the February 2025 Respiratory Therapists Licensure Examinations.
Sitti Shaimah Sahid and Jose Paolo Galangga earned the third and fourth highest ranks, respectively, further cementing the institution’s reputation for high academic caliber.
On 14 February 2025, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced that 853 candidates successfully passed the licensure examination out of the 1,097 examinees who took the test on February 12.
Among the newly licensed respiratory therapists, 65 are Fatimanian graduates from the Valenzuela campus-based Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Therapy program, marking another significant contribution to the profession.
This achievement follows the College of Physical Therapy’s previous success in February 2024, when four Fatimanians topped the same licensure examinations, alongside 94 other successful examinees.
