He officially took office last 10 June 2021 at the organization’s Annual Meeting, Installation and Induction which was presided by Dr. Kenneth Dion, President-elect of Sigma Nursing-at-large.

Previously, Dr. Dino held the position of President-elect of the Phi Gamma Chapter from 2019 to 2021. Now, he will be serving the Chapter as President until June 2022. He succeeds Dr. Rita Munley Gallagher of the United States of America.
