Known as the “Home of the Topnotchers,” Our Lady of Fatima University (OLFU) gained another topnotcher alumnus as Kristan J. Dela Cruz of the Nueva Ecija Campus placed Top 8 in the March 2021 Medical Technologist Licensure Examination with a rating of 87.00.
The young, newly licensed professional reflected on earning this success in the midst of a very difficult time. “This pandemic has turned all of our plans and goals upside down for a long time but I did not look at it as a hindrance. Instead, I turned this situation as an opportunity for me to be better and achieve what I really want in life,” he shared. With a driven mindset, truly, there is nothing stopping Dela Cruz from reaching his dreams and making a difference through his chosen career.
The University warmly congratulates the College of Medical Laboratory Science, topnotcher Dela Cruz, and the 93 Fatimanian passers in the recent boards for rising to the challenge and doing a job well done.
